Please note if your unit fails under the manufactures warranty period most manufactures cover the cost of the labour and parts.

Most manufacturers do not cover for a field callout especially for small units such as DVD's and VCR's.

We however unlike most other repair centres only make a field call charge to our customers for large units or if the call is out of our normal service area.

We make no additional charges for warranty repairs we are authorised to undertake, brought to our service department by yourself.

Some units have specific service procedures, please refer to your user guide or contact us for further information.

If we make a field call visit and the there is no fault only customer miss-operation/ installation we make a small call charge.
